Last updated: November 1, 2026
Welcome to ZoMath! These terms are an agreement between you and ZoMath. By creating an account or using ZoMath, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use ZoMath
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian, who agrees to them for you.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One account per person. Don't sign in as someone else.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
3. Using ZoMath the right way
Please don't:
- Break the law or help anyone else do so.
- Try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around our security.
- Disrupt the service, use bots to overload it, or copy it at scale.
- Copy, sell or republish ZoMath lessons, videos or problems without permission.
4. Our content
ZoMath's lessons, videos, quizzes, problems, characters (including Zo) and design belong to ZoMath. You may use them for your own learning. You keep ownership of anything you create.
5. Paid features
Some future features, such as ZoMath Pro, may cost money. We'll show the price and any extra terms before you pay.
6. Learning, not guarantees
We work hard to make ZoMath accurate and helpful, but it's provided “as is”. We can't promise specific results such as grades or test scores, or that the service will always be available or error-free.
7. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, ZoMath isn't liable for indirect or unexpected losses from using the service.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll update the date above and let you know before they take effect. If you keep using ZoMath after that, you accept the new terms.
